Crescent College  of Nursing is a professional educational Institution run by North Malabar Development Society, Kannur.   North Malabar Development Society is a registered society registered under societies Act of 1860  vide registration No.442/90.  Crescent College of Nursing was  established  during the academic year 2008-2009 and started conducting B.Sc(Nursing) course .  The Institution was approved by Government of Kerala  and recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.  The  College was initially  affiliated to Kannur University  and continued affiliation  to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Trissur,  with effect from  the academic year 2010-2011 onwards.The College is situated 23 Kms distance from the Kannur. The infrastructure facilities arranged in this campus as per the norms and standards of Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. The College is havingl qualified Principal with Doctorate degree and  qualified and experiences  teaching faculties and they have advance degrees in nursing from the prestigious Universities..
HISTORY
The management of the Institution –North Malabar Development Society established in the year 1990 with an aim to uplift the backwardness of this weaker sections of North Malabar Region by providing educational institutions, professional colleges, Medical and Paramedical institutions. Crescent College of Nursing is one of the educational institutions run by this Society established during the academic year 2008-2009 with an intake of 30 sanctioned by INC, KNMC and Govt. During the year 2009-10 , INC has enhanced to 70 seats and KNMC and University also accorded permission to take admission for 60 seats.

Welcome to our College
Crescent College of Nursing is a self financing professional college managed by North Malabar Development Society. The management of the Institution has entered into an agreement with Government of Kerala for sharing the 50% admission to this Institution through Government Merit quota. The balance 50% admissions is through Management. It is located at Ramapuram, near Payangadi Town and Payangadi Railway Station and is located in between the Payangadi Town and Payyanur Town situated in a single plot measureing 5.00 acres.

Crescent College Of Nursing is a private un-aided affiliated college in Kadapa, Y.s.r. in the state Andhra Pradesh. Crescent College Of Nursing was established in the year 2005 and got affiliated to Dr. N.t.r. University Of Health Sciences, Vijaywada in year 2005. The college is exclusively meant for girls only.The college has a sum of 1.5 acres of land and the college premises is build within 57000 square meters.
