1. 12 वी पास मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड द्वारा (PCB साईस इंग्लिश में 45% मार्क्स के साथ) (M.P./CBSE/ICSE/ Other)

2. SC व ST छात्रो के लिए 40% मार्क्स चाहिए।

3. उम्र 17 वर्ष या उससे अधिक।

4. ओपन स्कूल से 12 वीं पास छात्र (45%+साइंस)।

GNM 

1. 12 वी पास मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड द्वारा (40% मार्क्स के साथ) 35% For SC/ST

2. राज्य नर्सेस रजिस्ट्रेशन काउंसिल से पंजीकृत ANM

3. उम्र 17-35 वर्ष तक (ANM के लिए कोई उम्र कि सीमा नही है।)

4. ओपन स्कूल से 12वीं पास छात्र
