ndian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, Chittoor is known as IIIT Sri City was established in 2013 by MHRD, Government of India as an institute of national importance by an act of parliament. IIIT Sri City institute was set up by the Government of India along with the government of Andhra Pradesh and industry partners represented by Sri City foundation as a public-private-partnership (PPP) institution. IIIT offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, and Ph.D courses in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The Institute is located in Sri City, about 60 KMs from Chennai on the Nellore Highway. Admission 2023

IIIT Sri City was established in the year 2013. IIIT Sri City admission can be done on Bachelors' and Masters' degree Program. IIIT offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, and Ph.D courses in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. All the programmes offered by the college are flexible and modern. Candidate must satisfy certain eligibility criterias and should have a valid score in entrance exam for admission to any course. The candidate will have to fill in their personal and educational details. The candidates must then submit the application online.

UG Admission 2023

IIIT Sri City offers Undergraduate Programs focused on Information Technology – B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (200 seats) and B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (70 seats). Admission is based on joint entrance examination (JEE Main). Admissions are open to all classes, religions, races and genders including transgender. B.Tech admissions into CSE and ECE programs are done through JoSAA. Based on the merit ranking in JEE Main, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) or the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) invites candidates for an online counseling session to choose the institute of their choice. Some of the course specializations are as follows. 

UG Admission - Eligibility and Admission Criteria

Admission to the proposed course requires minimum marks in 10+2 or equivalent and minimum marks in the qualifying examination and JEE score. This will be a four year programme. Details regarding admission criteria and eligibility are as follows.

PG Admission 2023

IIIT Sri City offers PG courses like M.Tech and MS. M.Tech in AI and Machine Learning is a two-year program in IIIT Sri City offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Admission criteria/policies for the M.Tech programmes will be decided by the Senate following the guidelines issued by the MHRD, Government of India from time to time. M.Tech is a two year degree program offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. MS programme is offered in CSE and ECE programmes by the Institute. Specific areas are decided by the Institute based on the following research interests of the faculty, research areas of mutual interest, and research areas of the sponsored research projects. Doctoral Program Admission 2023

IIIT Sri City offers doctoral programs like Ph.D. Candidates applying for admission to Ph.D. programs must satisfy all the eligibility criteria. The Regulations govern the conditions for imparting courses of instruction, conduct of the examinations, and evaluation to research scholar’s performance leading to a Ph.D. Degree. Some of the course specializations are as follows.

Application Form 2023

Registration is done online IIIT Sri City admissions 2023. For online registration visit the official website of IIIT. The candidates have to follow the below-listed steps in order to apply for admissions:

• Candidates need to apply the IIIT application form online from the official website.
• The candidate will have to fill in their personal and educational details. The candidates must then submit the application.
• The admissions will be based on the merit obtained in the entrance exam. The candidate will have to attend the counselling process of the entrance exam.
• The application fee can be paid via online transaction modes like Debit card / Credit card.
• The final admission will be done based on the candidate's overall performance in test and interview.

CutOff 2022

IIIT Sri City has released the 2022 cutoff score of the M.Tech program. IIITS is known to offer various courses and to get admission under the same, the students are to meet the eligibility criteria. Thus, candidates applying for different programs either at the UG or PG level of Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City are supposed to qualify for the respective examinations. To get admission in the Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City B.Tech/B.E. program, candidates are to attempt JEE Mains and GATE for M.Tech/M.Sc with an eligible rank or score.

With 7 offers, GoLive, a Hyderabad based Start-up gaming firm emerged as the top recruiter for the first passing out batch of 2017 at IIIT Chittoor, Sri City. L & T Technology Solutions was the second-largest recruiter picking up six students. My Ally, another Hyderabad Start-up company was the third-largest recruiter picking up four students while Cloud Data Center, Hyderabad has extended three offers followed by Hyundai Mobies ( R &D Division), Finsol Tech and Bangalore based Velankani Software firm two offers each. Amazon, Via.Com, Societe general, Value Momentum, Pi Data Centers and Arka Insurance have offered one each. Out of 53 2017 batch students, 13 students opted out of the placement process as six of them are going for Higher Education and seven others to take up their own ventures. Of the 40 interested, 29 students have been placed till now in jobs with challenging job profiles in their areas of interest. More than 30 firms have participated in the placement process till now which includes five Start-up firms coming to the campus this year.
