Admission Procedure

NIT Meghalaya admission 2023 to B.Tech is based on JEE Main scores. On April 15, 2023, the JEE Main exam was concluded. The results for JEE Main session will be released soon. JEE Main 2023 cutoff will likely be out by the end of April. The GATE CCMT Counselling 2023 is expected to start on June 16, 2023 (Tentative). The JEE Main counselling is conducted in six phases. Counselling registration for JEE Main is expected to start on June 19, 2023 (Tentative).

Application Process 2023

The NIT Meghalaya course admission is straightforward. Candidates must appear for JEE Main, GATE and IIT JAM and secure a valid score to be eligible for admission. Candidates must complete the NIT Meghalaya application form online and pay the fee.

The fee for general category candidates is INR 1,500, while for SC/ST candidates, it is INR 750. The NIT Meghalaya admission 2023 form fee can be paid online through net banking, credit card, or debit card. The admission fee for various courses will be based on the NIT Meghalaya fee structure. National Institute of Technology Meghalaya offers UG, PG, and Doctoral programs. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, GATE, etc. Students must meet the cutoff criteria and secure good marks in the entrance exams to seek NIT Meghalaya admission.

The general category students may require a minimum NIT Meghalaya cutoff of 18000 to 72000th rank for various B.Tech specializations. OBC NCL students can expect a cutoff of 25000 to 79000th rank. Likewise, for SC, it is 67000 to 163000th rank, and for ST, it is 500 to 252000th rank.

M.Tech GATE Cutoff 2023 (Expected)
