St John's Medical College offers Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and medical sciences recognized UG, PG, PhD, Diploma and super specialty courses. St John's Medical College UG courses in MBBS, BPT, and B.Sc. Students willing to pursue B.Sc can choose a specialization in Medical Lab technician (MLT), Rental Dialysis (RDT), etc. Candidates willing to take admission to SJMC's MBBS program must appear for NEET-UG followed by the KEA counseling rounds. Admissions to the courses such as B.Sc., M.Sc, and Super specialty courses are based on entrance exams conducted by the college.
At the PG level, St John's National Academy of Health Sciences offers MD and MS degrees with specialization in 22 domains. MD and MS students are selected based on marks scored in NEET PG/ PGET marks and KEA counseling. For MSc., candidate must have to appear for the KEA Counseling after qualifying for the entrance test. Admissions to PhD programs are granted based on the score of the entrance exam conducted by the College.

The modes of St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences admission 2022 are online and offline. St. John’s Medical College admission is entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission must apply through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Those who qualify for the examination will be eligible to participate in the counselling process of NEET. At the UG level, the college offers five and a half-year MBBS (including one-year rotating internship), four-year BSc in six specialisatons (including one-year internship) and Basic BSc Nursing courses, three-year BSc (Lateral), four and a half-year BPT (including six-month internship), and two-year Post Basic BSc Nursing course. At the PG level, the college offers two-year MSc in three specialisations, MPT, MHA, and MSc Nursing courses, 11-month DHA course, three-year DM, MCh, MD, MS, and also offers two to three-year diploma courses to the students. The college also provides one to two-year fellowships in eight specialisations and PhD courses (part-time/ full-time) in five specialisations. Candidates seeking admission must apply through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Those who qualify for the examination will be eligible to participate in the counselling process of NEET. At the UG level, the college offers five and a half-year MBBS (including one-year rotating internship), four-year BSc in six specialisatons (including one-year internship) and Basic BSc Nursing courses, three-year BSc (Lateral), four and a half-year BPT (including six-month internship), and two-year Post Basic BSc Nursing course. At the PG level, the college offers two-year MSc in three specialisations, MPT, MHA, and MSc Nursing courses, 11-month DHA course, three-year DM, MCh, MD, MS, and also offers two to three-year diploma courses to the students. The college also provides one to two-year fellowships in eight specialisations and PhD courses (part-time/ full-time) in five specialisations. Over 100 visiting elective students and observers visit St. Johns every year from overseas for joining elective courses.
