Bihar is a state in India's east. It is the third-largest state in terms of population and the twelfth-largest in terms of land area. It is bordered on the west by Uttar Pradesh, on the north by Nepal, on the east by the northern section of West Bengal, and on the south by Jharkhand. The Ganges River, which runs from west to east, divides the Bihar plain. Bihar is also the world's third-largest subnational entity by population.
Bihar has long been a major centre of learning and is home to one of India's oldest universities, dating back to the fifth century. However, the learning tradition that dates back to ancient times was lost during the mediaeval period, when marauding armies of invaders are thought to have destroyed these learning centres. Bihar has a total literacy rate of 69.83%. Overall Male and Female literacy rate is 70.32% and 53.57% respectively.Bihar has over 120 medical colleges which are funded by the government and several trusts. In 2014 the government of Bihar established Development Management Institute in Bihta near the Patna. In February 2019, deputy chief minister Sushil Modi announced the Bihar government's planned to establish 11 new medical colleges in the state.

Conclusion Point
If you want to do MBBS course from Bihar then this is a good option for you. The target of the students is also very less than the population of 13 crore medical colleges.
Sometimes there will be no need to think about the number of students studying here, but you will notice that there is a lot of shortage of people living here.
Summary of the article - In the year 2022, there are 12 government and eight private medical colleges in Bihar with total MBBS seats of 2140.
Bihar government is building some new medical colleges which will be reserved for you in the coming few years. You will then be notified of this in the list. Thank you.
