1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing EduBlossoms, submitting online enquiry forms, using our AI Eligibility Checker, or engaging with our education counselors via WhatsApp/Phone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform.
2. Advisory & Counseling Scope

3. Student Account & Information Accuracy
Candidates and parents are responsible for providing authentic academic details. Submitting falsified NEET scores, fake category certificates, or incorrect contact information may result in termination of counseling services without refund.
4. Service Fees & Payment Policies
Fee payments made for personalized premium counseling plans cover dedicated advisor time, customized preference list generation, and documentation support:
- All counseling fees are displayed transparently before package activation.
- Payments must be made only through official EduBlossoms bank accounts, UPI handles, or authorized payment gateways.
- Retainer counseling fees are non-refundable once choice filling lists are submitted to official counseling authorities.
5. Seat Allotment Disclaimer
Seat allotment in medical and technical colleges is strictly determined by statutory bodies (MCC, NTA, NMC, State Admission Committees) based on all-India rank, category eligibility, and seat availability. EduBlossoms does not own, reserve, or sell seats.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content—including college rank algorithms, cutoff databases, UI graphics, logos, and article content—is the exclusive property of EduBlossoms. Scraping, copying, or re-distributing our data without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
EduBlossoms is not liable for changes in government counseling schedules, university fee structure revisions by fee regulatory committees, or candidate failure to report for physical document verification within statutory deadlines.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of services provided by EduBlossoms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) / New Delhi.
